Some people say that my parent is brave enough in making decision about financial and business because they always use loan whenever they want to buy something big in price such as car or house. Let’s we talk about house loan because this one has been the star that was blamed as the reason of the economy crisis happened until today. Applying loan is not big deal for my parent because they have done it frequently and no one which causes trouble in their financial condition. I know it because they never ask me to do a favor for them to at least helping them to pay the house loan. The weird thing is that my parent didn’t have enough information about home mortgage loans. They only choose one lender and then trying to spend money for the loan payback in the first place. So before they spend money for consumption they always manage the earning from our bicycle small store for paying loan in the first priority and the rest is for paying the living cost. It is effective and my mother has influenced my auntie to do the same thing with buying car. And it’s work too. No bold action means no gaining in the future.
